From Monday to Saturday for the whole month of December, the Amapola restaurant at the Príncipe Felipe 5* Hotel in La Manga Club will be serving a Game meat and Mushroom menu. This exquisite selection of dishes made with a balanced mix of game meat and wild autumn mushrooms will delight even the most discerning palates.
La Manga Club, 30th November 2015. The Amapola restaurant in La Manga Club (the sports, leisure and golf resort in Murcia) is the signature restaurant for the 5 star Príncipe Felipe Hotel. It has prepared a delicious menu inspired by the seasonal ingredients which can be found at this time of year: game meat, with its strong and powerful taste; and mushrooms, used well to accompany the meat or as a main dish.

This special lunch menu can be enjoyed throughout the month of December at the Amapola restaurant from Monday to Saturday.The menu includes a starter, main course and a dessert for 25 euros (drinks not included).
The menu consists of the following dishes (choice of a starter and main course):
Boletus carpaccio with light lemon and black truffle vinaigrette
Minestrone of wild mushrooms with quail egg
Grilled mushrooms and winter vegetables
Soused partridge with wild mushrooms, selection of green leaves seasoned with wholegrain mustard
Consommé of partridge with duck foie gras
Tataki of deer with a salad of strawberries, fennel, blood oranges and cauliflower cream
Quail stew, Murcian vegetables and muscatel wine
Wild boar stew with wild mushrooms fricassee, confit potatoes and green leaves
Peppered wild boar with wild mushrooms and chestnuts
Tenderloin of venison with cranberry sauce and celery pure
Creamy rice with hare and red pine mushrooms
Quail and horn of plenty mushroom risotto
