La Manga Club, committed to helping young people access the labour market

The resort has recently received the seal of approval and membership into the Youth Enterprise and Employment Strategy for the Region of Murcia which fifty companies from across the region already belong to.

La Manga Club, 19th November 2015. La Manga Club has already been actively participating in this programme launched by the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Employment for the last few months. Although La Manga Club has already been actively working in close collaboration with SEF (Employment and training service) in this programme, it was not until 9th November that it received the official seal of recognition in a ceremony which was attended by the Minister of Employment and Social Security, Fátima Báñez, and the president of the Community, Pedro Antonio Sanchez.

This seal is for the recognition for the willingness of La Manga Club to assist in the integration of young people into the labour market. Work experience along with learning and training contracts are among some of the programmes which La Manga Club are participating in.

La Manga Club, along with the fifty companies participating in the programme, has voluntarily joined this Enterprise Strategy and has launched its own programmes and initiatives whose results contribute towards helping young people access the labour market by means of recruitment or entrepreneurship.
