La Manga Club receives the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor because of the positive comments from its clients
This certificate recognises the achievements of companies within the hospitality sector that have consistently received positive comments from their clients on TripAdvisor throughout the previous year.
La Manga Club, 14th June 2016 – The Príncipe Felipe 5* Hotel has just been awarded with the Certificate of Excellence from TripAdvisor. This award, that has been running for the past six years, recognises the achievements of companies within the hospitality sector that have consistently received positive comments from their clients on TripAdvisor throughout the previous year. The winners of the Certificate of Excellence are hotels, restaurants and tourist attractions from around the world that continually offer their clients a high quality experience.
"This recognition helps travellers identify establishments that consistently offer excellent service, which leads them to make a reservation with such companies. TripAdvisor sees satisfaction in carrying out this important role in helping the travellers feel more confident when making a reservation", Heather Leisman, the vice-president of the marketing sector of TripAdvisor, has said.
The Certificate of Excellence takes into account the quality, quantity and the recent comments made by travellers on TripAdvisor in a period of 12 months. Therefore, businesses should generally maintain a minimum rating of four out of five points, as well as having a minimum number of comments and a profile on TripAdvisor that has at minimum lifespan of 12 months.
The CEO of La Manga, José Asenjo, has indicated that "to receive this Certificate of Excellence makes us think that we are on the right path to continue consolidating La Manga as the best leisure and sports resort in Europe". Additionally, "the fact that TripAdvisor has awarded us for the positive comments from our clients makes us feel very proud of the work that we are doing".
