Tennis: European Senior Club Championship at La Manga Club

La Manga Club Tennis Centre is hosting this competition between 9 and 22 September for the best senior tennis players from all over Europe. A total of 300 people from over 50 European clubs in 16 different countries will take part in the tournament being organised by Tennis Europe. The European Senior Club Championship thus returns to La Manga Club for another three years (2018-2020).​

La Manga Club will again host this prestigious tournament organised by Tennis Europe (European Tennis Federation) for another three years (2018-2020).

European Senior Club Championships

Over 50 European tennis clubs

A total of 300 tennis players will compete in the event from over 50 European clubs in 16 different countries, and will be split into two categories: the Super Senior (from 60 to 75) from 9 to 14 September; and the Senior (from 35 to 55) from 17 to 22 September. Throughout the year, the European clubs have organised their own national tournaments to produce champions and runners-up who will now come to La Manga Club for the European Championship.

The track record and experience of La Manga Club guarantees its ability to organise such tournaments, competitions and other sports events. Besides the European Senior Championship, the venue will also host the traditional ITF Tennis Open Grade 1 from 25 November to 1 December.
