Share your happiness with the little ones by showing your support for the 'Wish Tree'
For some, Christmas is the best part of the year. It's the time to rejoice with family and friends, value friendships and spread the festive spirit. As a result, La Manga Club invites their clients to make a merry Christmas become reality for youngsters from the Intercultural Centre in Cartagena, as part of the Cáritas program.
La Manga Club, 4th of December, 2017 - Another year has passed, and La Manga Club continues to facilitate and organise acts of solidarity and care that epitomise the Christmas spirit. The Wish Tree is, without a doubt, one of the most generous iniciatives at La Manga Club. Every year, a few days before the Christmas festivities begin, a tree is put up in the reception of Príncipe Felipe 5* Hotel, known as the Wish Tree, on which around fourty christmas cards hang that contain the wishes of fourty children from the Intercultural Centre in Cartagena. Each card represents a wish, a gift to the Three Wise Men.
Anyone that would like to take part can help via a monetary donation or by fulfilling any of the childrens' 'wishes'. There are also companies that collaborate with La Manga Club in order to make these wishes become a reality. The 'wishes' are granted to the children during a party that takes place at La Manga Club with the presence of the Three Wise Men.
This year, the presentation of presents will be on Monday 8th January and will be done in association with Cáritas, Cartagena.
